Downy Innocence Be A Princess Photo Contest

To help Downy connect with the public, we help Downy to create a Facebook app. And this also increases their brand image.

Aim

To promote a new product from Downy, Downy Innocence, a photo contest was held and named 'Be a Princess'. The themes are, romantic feelings, and floral scent. While anyone can enter the photo contest, it was conducted to engage the public, gain fans, and build Downy's brand image at the same time.

Development

Facebook proves to be the best social media tool for events like this, and so we helped designed and developed the application which is hosted in Downy Indonesia Facebook page. Those who want to enter the contest have to 'Like' the page and filled out their data on the form given on the application. They then had to choose one of the floral scents available for Downy Innocence for their Princess Personality. Followed by uploading a self picture, contestants had to write a caption for the photo. Inside the application itself, there is a photo gallery of all the participants' photo which they can share to their Facebook profile to let their friends vote for them.
