Logo Concept

The hexagonal shape in the logo is to mimic a coal stone shape as to represent what Berkat Coal does. Then, there are seven hexagon shapes in the logo, and if examined more closely, there are a bigger hexagon shape made by the seven smaller hexagons. This is similar as to how honeybees hold their honey together by constructing hexagonal cells. So all of this symbolism and arrangement of the logo is to represent the strong and complex structure how Berkat Coal behaves as a company; a big company has to have smaller units that support it to become big.

Colour

There are two main colour, grey and red. The logo and the word 'Coal' is in grey, not only because, in nature, it is their colour but also grey means professionalism in a modern sense. While red to indicate the passion, prestige, power and charm the company has.
