Responsibilities:
- Analyze and control the administration of employee competence of personnel in terms of absences, appraisal and remuneration of employees
- Employees recruitment
- Manage the needs of the employees

Requirements:
- Male / Female age max 35 years old
- S1 Psychology or equivalent with a GPA of at least 3.00
- Experience in position at least 3 years
- Mastering the employment law and its application
- Experience in recruitment at all levels
- Had an experience in working at an IT/Software solution Company will be a major advantage
- Highly creative, eager to learn, logic thinking, initiative and discipline
- Able to work under pressure and as a team
